I am Chinese from HK, I speak both Chinese and English fluently. Currently I am working in an American investment bank. I have translation experience in my previous jobs. I saw few bids above are quite funny to me. It seems these people hadn't got what you actually wante. Many of them sound like native speakers of Chinese more than English. I think English level of the ad you post is much better than these bid. If you waste your time to search a right candidate in these bid, why don't you do the translation by yourself, or consider me. I am a native English speaker pursuing a graduate degree in international law at the Johns Hopkins-Nanjing University Center, where classes and assignments are all in Chinese. Previously I worked writing and editing in print media in the United States. My translating experience includes subtitles for a documentary about the city of Kaifeng and informal projects. This is my first bid through freelancer.com.

I grew up with both English and Chinese as my native-tongues, but that's the the most important thing here. Due to my work background (in corporate finance function of a public listed multinational corporation), I've extensive experience in translating Chinese texts into English (or the other way round). Well they are mostly legal and business documents. I am therefore able to produce high quality translation under strict adherence of the deadline. I'm able to produce work sample in PM.
