Chinese (Mandarin) Translator Required

I am touring China at the moment and require a translator for occasional use. The translator should be able to speak Mandarin and English and be able to communicate via the following means:
E-mail: I require some standard phrases to be translated from written English to written Mandarin (both Chinese characters and pin yin).
Mobile phone: Occasionally I will need translation assistance through mobile phone as I take taxis, negotiate purchases, or get lost.
I will be in China for 3 weeks and require no more than 5 hours of translation time from the winning bidder.
