I am looking to start my own VOIP company and would like to offer cloud based VOIP solutions to my customers. I am also looking for a billing system that will integrate with the VOIP solution. It needs to be a carrier grade voip platform that supports multi-tenant capabilities, high availability but most importantly secure from hackers. The solution needs to be built from best available open source technologies and fit together to work in one ecosystem. Some of the features I would like to introduce are: Webrtc Softphone PC / MAC Softclient android / ios Integration to Lync / Skype for Business Integration to Gsuite / Google Pbx features Call centre features Call queuing IVR Call recording features Support for G.711, G722, G.729a Voip framework Opensips Freeswitch / Asterisk? FusionPBX Elastix? Kamalio? Billing A2billing / Jbilling In regards to hardware deployment, I would like to use the cloud where it makes sense, ideally a mix of some technology in the cloud (ie AWS) and others at site (ie media, RTP routing, cloud based and on premise base hardware I would like to hire someone / organisation on an ongoing long term basis so would like the solution will be broke into a few parts: Detail requirements gathering, solution design and consultation Agree on architecture Once agree, start build process

I have a comercial product based on free software I could use to built you whole operation. The platform is opensips based and can support everything you asked of this project. There will be a one-time license or monthly subscription fee, You can integrate almost anything with the platform using SOAP, everything depends on the size of your operation, starting from a single-server solution that can support up to 1000 concurrent calls, or multiple servers that can scale up to a million+ calls. I'm not willing to start a voice platform from scratch while there are several open-source-based ones that provides every support you will need, so you don't be on your own. If this kind of operation suit's you, be free to contact me, otherwise don't bother on wasting time.
