I use Express scribe for transcribing, so you don't have to worry about the accuracy, as long as it's audible. I've been working in this field not for that long but with much experience i've gained meanwhile. I've been dealing with all types of video editing from interviews, to graduation projects, to video analysis of focus groups, to graduation projects, to advertisements, to short documentaries, etc. Subtitles comes to be a very easy task for me that can be done and submitted in the agreed deadline and efficiently perfect.

Dear Sir/Madam, I can do this project in Final Cut Pro, adjusting the look (font, size, position) of the subtitles. The specified price and time are for putting the subtitiles over the video (so the option of turning subtiles off won't be available). The case of making a separate subtitle file is also negotiable. I have checked the video and it is indeed of a poor quality, so I can guarantee 95% or more of speech to be put into subtitles, but some words may be lost. I can do a transcribed version asap for a very small contribution and later on if you like it I continue on with the work.

Hello, I suggest subtitles to be retro as the video itself. Like the lite white letters on the older movies. They will still be visible, because a slight shadow can be added but will correspond with the video quality and look. It will keep its authenticity. Regards Dushka
