Hi. Then i need all your files and content. Its possible to make cinematic, but interesting why you need flash? if you gonna create app for IOS - flash itself already is DEAD. Android - only few core libraries or compiled source can be acceptable. Don't u use as mp4 video? My proposal ir for Animation + SoundFX and Mastering. Sincerely, Ray @Spotmouse

Hi there I think After Effects is a better way to animate than flash and I have a pretty good handle with that program. I live in USA. I dont have any samples but I can definately animate any 2d artwork you have assuming its in layers in photohshop.
