Access Database - Invoice Tracking

We are small radio/video clipping company looking for a MS Access developer to create a database for [login to view URL] contacts 2. Media inventory 3. Invoice Creation 4. Invoice Tracking 5. Generating reports for analysis & pro-active selling. Have attached a sample of the list above here for reference. Customer Contacts are in 2 categories: 1. Agency 2. Direct Client For Agency, they request the video clips on behalf of their clients so we would like to track who their clients are. Also we would like to track which of their staff is managing the specific client account. The same staff could be managing a few client accounts & each client could have more than 1 staff attached to it. For direct client, its just them. Media Inventory, 2 types: 1. Regular 2. Custom Regular recordings are in the media inventory list. The actual clip length is variable depending on the request. Custom is upon request & will not be in the list, the details to be filled in on a adhoc basis Each clip when requested based on the clip length, media & program will have a corresponding Ad Value. Invoice Creation Form: Four types: 1. One Time 2. By Agency by Month 3. By Agency by Client by Month 4. By Direct Client by Month Have attached a sample of our invoice here with the information.
