Application Development - Optician POS

I am looking to get an application developed for an Optical store. It will be a POS application similar to Optifocus ([login to view URL]) and ([login to view URL]). We will provide the detailed feature list and functional requirements for this project. I would like the development to be completed in .NET with MSDE backend. This application has to be network/multiuser ready. All the code and Intelectual Property righhts will reside with us for this application as we will be contracting a freelancer only to develop this application. Full documentaion is required for the code along with the architect used. If the work is performed in a satisfactory manner there is a potential of more projects being assigned.
