I need an application written in VB.NET that will allow users to read WAV files from specific directories, add notes to those files, and update the information in the database. The program will have the following main functionality: - Play PCM WAV files (with forward, rewind, slow down speed up,...) - Send Email with defined information. - Read and update a simple MySQL database - Get basic statistics of the operation. Detailed information of the software is attached.
