Cisco Router Config Loading Tool

I am looking to have a software tool created in Visual [login to view URL] that can be used to do the following. Reset a Cisco 877 Router to Factory Defaults via serial cable (console? cable). ? I can provide the commands needed for this. Then load in a standard configuration from a text file supplied by me. Then test that the standard configuration has been loaded in. It will need to have selectable COM port, and provide feedback to the user of each process, by status bar etc. Also a 2nd Tab in the program, that will be used to load in config files via tftp. ? This will use an IP connection to the router once the standard configuration is loaded, it will log into the router using telnet, issue a copy tftp startup-conf command and load in the real configuration from a file.
