DC Link Building

We need 50 one way links to our site, from health and legal related sites. Looking to spend $35-$50 1. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. 2. All links must be permanent. 3. No link farms, link directories, spam sites. 4. No sites banned by Google. 5. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 6. No blacklisted or spam sites. 7. No more than 20 outbound links per page. 8. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page. 9. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 10. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 2, and preferably a PR4+ home page site. 11. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 12. Links must be from English websites only. Payment will be made only when you have supplied a list of the links and they have been verfied by us. Please provide examples of your work.
