convert vb scraper to use multi-thread

I have a VB scraper using a BackgroundWorker & HttpWebRequest. It reads a line (number) from a CSV, makes a HTTP GET request to a web site, scrapes the result & save the result in to another CSV. What I need is to modify it to use multi-threading instead, and I can specify the number of threads. The source code will provided to selected freelancers.

Hi, I can give a vb application to execute your application in multiple instances. But it requires the parameters to run your applications.
