Betting Software

Hello I want to create a betting software that will show me surebets (Arbitrage ) What is surebet ? It means if you bet on a game 1x2 or any other option you always win what ever the result it is. Software must scan some betting bookies companies (XML Odds ) and find me sure bets (Arbitrage). That means programmer has to scrap the bookies and edit it for our purpose.
