Apply content provided to a small mobile site html template

I need someone to distribute content to a mobile website template I have. The content is mostly words and a few pictures. Everything is provided, the content is nothing fancy, After that simple task is done I need you to connect the mobile website to a wordpress site I have and optimize it so it can recognize and show the mobile site when a visitor enters through their mobile phones.
