Banner Design & Web Page & Programming

I need update 5 banner designs on my existing commerce home page. Along with adding a new tag line underneath my logo. And create a brand new landing page where customer can sign up for our wholesale account. This project will includes 3 parts of the following: 1. Design and update 4 slider banners (751x272) on the home page and make sure they link to appropriate pages as provided. I will provide all images you need to complete the banner design along with detail instruction on what text goes on each banner, you just need to make sure you update them into the right position and all links work to link the page once customers click on each. I will also provide our back end log in account where you will update this banners to. 2. Design and update a side banner and once you are done, create a brand new landing page where this banner will link to. This pages will includes 15 fields where customers will type their information into this page and click on submit after they are done. You will then program for the information to be send to my email as one email where I can contact the customer and give them the real application to fill out. 3. Add a tag line underneath our logo. Please use the same font as the original tagline we have on our website. Please read the following carefully before you start: 1. We sell high end cosmetic, which all works need to be done with high quality work, any cheap looking or low quality work will get rejected and will not be paid in full as a result until all works are improved. 2. This project contains several skills that needed such as photoshop, banner design, programming to link all banners to desired pages and also create a brand new landing page will field where customer will enter and last, program to send an automatically email to me after customer click on submit. If you are missing any of the skills that is needed or are not comfortable with any skill mentioned, please don't bid on this project, you must be able to perform all work in this project in order to be paid in full. Once you are done with the new landing page, I will be test out and make sure it runs smoothly before you get paid in full. Any failure to do so will not be paid in full until all issues are fixed. 3. I will only escore 50% upfront and only release it when you turn in completed works the first time.
