Banner Design for Exibition

We urgently need a design for 2 Exhibition Banners which have the following formats: Banner 01: 150 x 218 Banner 02: 190 x 220 The Banners must have a modern design representing the innovative image of a Web 2.0 startup company and the corporate identity of our company ([login to view URL]). In the attachment you can see what textual content has to be on the Design besides the logo. Please also take into consideration that for Banner 2 a counter will be placed infront of the Banner with a laptop on top of it so that everything behind the counter is not visible which is why there should not be any text which is important to the visitor of our booth.
