Basic Website Design

I am starting a Lead Generation business targeting local businesses (for example, plumbers within a short driving distance of the leads I find) as my clients. I have the basic description of my service (which I will send you) that is about 400 words long. I just want a simple, html5 website that frames the content in a pleasant looking way, and looks professional. I don't have any images or banners, so I would expect something in that department as well. I don't need any fancy scripts, or flash effects. The website should include main page, with my service description, and a contact page, which could have a submission form that sends me an email, or just a list of my name and a clickable email address because I'm pretty sure I can find the submission form code somewhere on the internet myself fairly quickly. So, don't worry too much about that part if you think it will take too much time. Mostly, I'm hoping for something that looks professional without appearing bland, but not over-the-top artistic and confusing. I would like to launch this website within 3-5 days, the sooner the better.
