Christmas website with backend Admin

We are seeking someone to design us a Christmas Store Website. Website must have a back end system where admin can login and add new products and pictures to standard template. No need for Shopping Cart System as all items in store will be affiliate links. Website must be very simple and "clear cut", no clutter, we want our customers to be able to find out exactly what they want and purchase if so. Navigation must be easy to follow. Website must be VERY SEO friendly so that good rankings can be achieved in search engines. If more information is required please ask. Required Completion in 7-10 days. More work will be given to successful bidder as we have more projects lined up.
