Hi, I have a website that is partially completed that I need finshed A.S.A.P. It was started with Joomla. The website was started by a freelancer who unfortunately could not acheive our goals. Please only bid if you can finish this website to a very high standard. You must be prepared to do some minor graphic design work (ie; website header) if it is required. I will not be releasing any money until the project is completed and I am satisfied (please check my feedback for bidding confidence). I would like this project completed as soon as possible.
