Concrete5 single page requires renovation

Content is available, a couple of paragraphs in English and Arabic with few banners. I'd like to improve the layout to make it look more professional and close in appearance in to another website. I used Concrete5 cause it was the easiest out of the cms installed scripts to add content, but no restrictions if you would like to recommend a better alternative.
