I need a Header and background image designed and integrated into my new website [url removed, login to view]*iandai*[url removed, login to view] Budget $50

I want to keep the website bright.

White background with the blue color that is there now.

I attached the background image from one of the websites so you can see that there is not much to the background design at all.

If your design skills are not equal or surpassing the above websites, please save yourself a bid. I only want the best for this and I will be able to determine that by looking at yourportfolio.

I would like this in a frame because this site uses rss feeds, so when people navigate away, they will always have an easy way to navigate back to the site and also cover up the ning promotional links.

The Header will just show images and some nice professional way to put it together.

The background will only have words on the edges...nothing else.
