Customise image supply as vector

We need an image udating with some new changes and then supplied as a vector at least. Its pretty simple on the face of it as what we need is the helmet as in the example FITTING on the bulls head keeping to the same style of helmet. It must be B&W with no grades of tone. It might take a few revisions to get right as its a character that's being developed. If Claudia is around she would be the preferred bidder
