Customize My Joomla Yootheme Template

Hello, I need someone to customize my Yootheme template. What I need done is pretty simple. If you take a look at the Yootheme demo site, [login to view URL], you will be able to view the template I will be referriing to. I currently have the phoenix theme in white. However, I want to see if it is possible to transform it into black so that it looks like the plant -> dark planet blue. That is, so that everything is black, and the content boxes have the black fading or transparent background. If transforming the planet theme to look like phoenix would be easier, then that is fine. What I don't like about the planet theme is the big box menu and logo combination and the blue fluorescent lights across the borders.
