Design osCommerce Template for Sports Website

My website is [url removed, login to view] and all the functions work well, so want to keep the basic site. The task is to change the layout, look and feel to something similar to worldsoccershop.com. This does not mean you have to copy this particular design. The number of images required will be roughly the same as on their website and the shading similar. There will be some other differences in layout which I can go through in a PM.
I understand my website is version 2.2 and is the BTS format so presumably the changes are mainly associated Template files.
The quality of the graphics is vitally important - if you do not have the capability please do not bid.
If you have a website you have developed with a similar quality layout graphics please PM details - I do not want a long list websites to trawl through.
Once I accept one of your proposals I will award the project to that person.
Project Details
1. Outline images of top and bottom of required website is attached
2. Styles, size, background colors, shading and especially the quality all same as worldsoccershop.com
3. Need products ‘Featured Products’ on front page no ‘New Products’ on front page
4. ‘New Products’ to appear on separate page when clicked. 3 or 4 images across the page may look better than one line down.
5. Products need to be displayed nicely when search is made or category is clicked. Maybe 3 or 4 across.
6. Need to be able to easily edit caption ‘Free Postage on UK Orders over £30’
7. Need own rotating images – really high quality (total of 6 based on products, one will be retro football shirts)
8. The team badges on right of rotating image are Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea –images can be found on the internet.
9. Information section to go below Categories on left hand side
10. Bottom of website similar with my own details
a. Need all my quick links to Team’ at bottom of page. These are edited in my ‘footer’ file.
b. Need to be able to add Popular Searches currently Articles/Links, these are currently added in Admin
11. Need the ability to easily add a large background image
12. Also need quick loading of website.
