DL Flyer Design - Rainwater Tanks

Looking for someone to design a flyer for our company, must be dynamic and catch everyone's attention. Its for advertising to residential customers. The product we sell is rainwater tanks. Our website is [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], we also probably need to improve both these sites in the future, I am looking for a long term relationship, we have a lot of artwork that needs done on a weekly basis, therefore what I am really looking for is someone who has very strong graphic design skills as well as strong web design skills.
I have attached a example of something I saw that I like.
I will be printing this on a DL Card 210mm X 98mm double sided full colour.
Design Concept
- I would like the theme to be orientated around water for both the front and back of the DL card
- Also keep in mind water conservation
- This is something that is put into residential houses, so keep this in mind, most people like watering there gardens, etc, it appeals to those that care for the environment and also for those who love there gardens, etc
What I expect
- All source files, ie psd, ai, etc
- Excellent communication
- Timely - very quick
