customise VBulletin Layout

Hi, I have a website which has a temporary design installed, I was quite happy with it, however my members would like it set to 95% of the screen rather than a fixed width. They also want it to be lighter and more modern. I am currently changing the layout file to make it 95% width (seems to work now) however the category heading has an image at the start and the end meaning I cannot make the fill area work correctly. You must use MSN to communicate. I have a small budget on this project of $35 however I only need it customising so it is dynamically sized, and then I need some backgrounds etc having the colours changed. [login to view URL]
