Automate quoting from list

I have a list of names with an address and a phone numbers. I'd like to have either a program or an excel macro created that can automatically enter this data in a web form on a Nationwide.com. [url removed, login to view] gives the ability to get an auto quote online, and I'd like the macro/program to go through the excel list and input each of them onto the web form. Here is how to get to the form I need: Go to [url removed, login to view], then click the "Get a Quote" option, select Georgia and Auto, and it will go to the form. On the form, it asks for a date of birth, but I would like a generic date, which would be the same for everyone. As you get through the form, it sometimes will pull up vehicles associated with the address, and sometimes won't pull up anything. I would like for the macro/program to auto-select all vehicles listed as well as make certain selections as the quoting process continues. I don't need to get too deep into the quoting process as the system saves every quote done online, so I just want to get far enough for that too happen.
