It will helps Admins to accurately record people covered wages or self-employment earnings. Admin will also be able to use it to monitor the record once they start getting benefits. So, According to your requirement we need to do the following: 1. There will be two kind of users Admin and End users or you can say the applicant. 2. Applicant will be able to do the following: a). Applicant will be able to apply using fill a simple SSN Application form. As I know to get the card user have to be submit some documents. So, how you want to handle this? We can give an option to upload the scanned document. What do you think? b). Applicant will be able to Raise a ticket for Replacement Or Corrected Card. c). Applicant will be able to track for his request. d). Applicant will be able to track their Benefit history once they start getting benefits. 3. Admin will be able to manage the undermentioned: a). Admin will be able to view the application history and approve the application for further process. b). Manage the end user benefit according to the matched criteria. c).
