CSS Updates to Twitter Bootstrap

My site is: [login to view URL] - I'm currently using Twitter's bootstrap framework to style the site.

I would like to make the following alteration, but in a separate CSS file that only affects the homepage / list page.

1. I would like to alter the thumbnail and table cell to allow for a larger image. However the top and bottom of the table have a rounded corner that I would like to mask over the image.

2. I would like to apply some margin to the left of the table cell - only on the homepage. I'm using tables on other pages and I don't want this to impact those pages.

Please see the attached screenshot comparing what the new table row would look like compared to the old table rows below.
