Convert PSD to a MailChimp template

Hello,
I have a PSD template that I want to convert to a MailChimp compatible template, I want it to be a template that I can change it's text easily afterwards.
In this Dropbox folder you can find the resulting PDF to know the correct order and the PSDs ([login to view URL]) Folder is still syncing, give it an hour max.
Please note that the table of contents that's shown in the PDF has to be a table of contents in HTML that's clickable.
I will only accept bids from bidders with previous relevant work with MailChimp and HTML.
I will give you access to my MailChimp account to do the template there and again it has to be easily editable so I can edit prices afterwards.
