Cut PSD into HTML and CSS

Hello freelancers, We are building a website for a car rental company. The web application consists of 7 pages. I have attached 9 jpeg images showing the design. One of the pages ([login to view URL]) is a modal dialog. One of them is an email to be sent to customers ([login to view URL]). PSD files will be provided to the selected freelancer. We need a freelancer to cut these designs into HTML + CSS + Simple jQuery Here are the general work standards we expect: - Tableless design. All layouts should be coded with divs. - The resulting website will be responsive. Multiple resolutions including tablets and mobile phones will be supported. There are no extra designs for small resolutions, common sense will be applied. - The website will be multilingual. All texts should be cut as texts. Cutting texts as part of images is not acceptable. - The resulting HTML should be XHTML and pass validation test. - All modern browsers should be supported. - The deadline proposed by freelancer should be satisfied. We expect the work to be done in X days when you say so. - Latest jQuery framework should be used. - All datetime fields should be jQuery UI DateTime Picker. - Selection of javascript framework for Modal dialogs and Tabs is up to you. - All areas labeled as BANNER will hold HTML code (i.e iframes, divs) and will be changed dynamically. Remarks about pages: 1) [login to view URL] - The language and currency on top-right of the page is changeable. When user clicks on English, a box will open below and three languages will be shown (English, Turkish, German). Similarly, when user clicks on EUR, a box will open below and show three currencies (EUR, TL, USD) and user will be able to select one. - Rental Start Date & End Date: When user clicks on the calendar icon, jQuery UI DatePicker will open. After user selects a date, the selected date will be written to the box. - Rental Start Time & End Time: The hour and minute box should be numeric up-down. - Pickup & Return Rental Country: Combo box - Rental Location: Combo box with inline search. No ajax required. - Campaigns below reservation form: The images (i.e mosque) and the yellow background should be cut seperately. Yellow background could be changed later without changing images. 2) [login to view URL] - The modal framework is up to you. X button should close the modal. HTML will be generated inside. 3) [login to view URL] - This page is the same as index.jpeg. Only the tab in the middle will be changed. Tabs should be changed on client side (similar to jquery ui tabs but selection of tab library is up to you) 4) [login to view URL] - Search form on the right is the same as the one in [login to view URL] - The tabs will filter the car list. For example, when economy tab is selected, 2 of the cars will be visible etc. 5) [login to view URL] - First field of `Contact Phone Number`, Country, and Card Type are combo boxes. - `Kredi Karti ile Odeme`, `Paypal ile Odeme` and `Banka Havalesi` buttons are actually tabs and should change the credit card form below on client side. - The items in Add Extras are the extra items that could be purchased. + and - buttons next to numbers will increase and decrease amount (currently 1) respectively. The amount displayed will be label. 6) [login to view URL] - The maps displayed will be google maps. - The items on the right will be anchor links. 7) [login to view URL] - The items on the right is the same as the one on [login to view URL] 8) [login to view URL] 9) [login to view URL] - This page is not related to other web pages. This will be sent to user as an email. The layout should be adjusted accordingly. The email is supposed to work on popular email clients (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, MS outlook, thunderbird). - Text will be generated for empty areas of the form. Please fill the form with random values and check if they are OK.
