an basketball appointment website with login system

build a website that has the following functions:
-users can add a basketball appointment with a start time and end time and the desired minimum number of players (telling the web he wants to play from for example today 4pm to 10pm with minimum 4 people)
-other users can put in the same information, if the time overlaps and enough people are in the overlap. then the website will have a different section/tab displaying the available games alone with the start time and account names.
-any user can view other user's appointments, and if they totally agree with the appointment that they viewing, they can fast create an identical appointment. so the total user with the same time period will be increased by one.
-users able to register
-users able to login.
-users able to edit their information(password etc).
-all information should be saved into a database system, i prefer sql or mysql.
-non users can not view any information other then login/register.
for better communication i wish you have skype/msn/gtalk etc.
the website contains 3 sections after login.
1.desired appointment section, user put desired time, and minimum people here.
2.appointment section, after enough people are in an appointment, it goes to there.
3. account section, user can edit their account information here.
this is a small website.
