Design and XHTML For 2 page Mobile landing page

We have a landing page, [login to view URL] This is a page designed for mobile traffic. This page is ugly. Primary Issues : 1. Not believable : The current design looks like a poor website 2. Poor user experience : the form fields don't look like form fields and are too small 3. Not optimised for iphone 4. Too many things "shouting", need to tone down the colours/content 5. Don't like the image -->he's not representative of the target audience. 6. Remove the 'email this link' box Objective : [login to view URL] the page look like an Apple Web app by applying Apple styled layout, fonts, buttons, form fields. (see attached files) 2. Make the form work over two pages, not one 3. Design buttons, icon, layout, form fields --> show high res pngs for approv 4.
