CSS - HTML Landing Page

We have a selection of approx 20 landing pages, the design and concept have been completed. You will need to create the pages CSS - tables are acceptable. You will have some creative input and can make mods to design. You will need to be very fast, ask as few questions and be able to speak english on skype, before each desin is worked on. Some php/java scripting is good but not required. I need rapid turnaround, 2 pages or more per day! The bid will be for all pages, completed, and you will need to provide finished pages and code daily. Payment will be made for each 5 pages completed.
