Content expert to design custom content/design for the topic of "chat".2

i have a website [url removed, login to view] the template is what i want used, what i need is custom content relating on the topic of chat, what i aim for is someone to come in and design pages of content for a site that im going to be placing chats on where people can come to and log onto chats different kinds of chats , basically i want to have a site like chat chat directory without the directory, the chats will just be there, i have the chats all i need is profesional looking content that makes people be like " this place is not under construction and looks like its busy" so basically content design is needed and the content pages i need are:

1) Index page ( the one that appears upon when you load the doamin)

looking for things like an interesting content slider thingie

content relating to what the site is about ( being able to chat on many different chat/rooms with people blah blah blah)

affiliate banner plus affiliate with us and stuff

2) chat guide page

the chat guide page will be a directory of things so when you click chat guide it will have like 4 or 5 things that you can click and be sent to the page with the content and these pages of content will be:

- Rules page

- FAQ's page

- Contact Us page
