Build Website and SEM/SEO Service For Law Firm

I run a small law firm and I need to migrate the website from intuit (which I find clunky and unworkable) to another service. I would like a modern (minimalist) and streamlined look and feel to the website and the site should be easy to update. I would also like ongoing SEO and SEM services to help promote the site. Because I expect this to be an ongoing relationship, cost will be a definite factor. Please expect to chat over skype if you are picked for an interview.
