Design a Membersite

This is what the customer asked for: We need "profiles" in which aspiring actors, models, bands etc. can post a limited amt of their product for browsers/visitors and agencies to view/hear. they also should be able to post a short bio and a pic/logo along with a contact profile #. should also be able to receive comments from visitors about product posted. no actual "messaging" accept parties necessary. interested mgrs and such can give us the profile # of the artist/person they're interested in and we fwd the request and contact info to the profile owner. eliminates stalking and spam that way. we can also monitor the amount of interest we generate for customers. S&K has the domain registered and active, with the DNS information relating to our servers, but we need someone to design a working turn-key version of what the customer ask for above.
