Build an Online Store

We need to develop a configurable webshop with multi views, each view will be administrated by one of our distributors and each distributor will offer its customs view to his customers. All the views must have a common catalog of products, the price will depend on each one of the distributor’s view. To achieve this model we will need two levels of administration. The first can create the store views (that will work as independent stores), and each one of this stores has his own administrator (the distributor) who can change the number of products to show (based on the common catalog), select a profit margin (based on the distributor price). We will provide all the needed info via webservices (from our ERP) on the requested format. This project will have two stages, on the first we need one of the store view, fully functional and on the second one we will focus on get the administrator control panel complete (to create new stores). The project must be localizable (Vietnamese, English) We need a Quote and a time estimation for the stage one of the project as mentioned before the first stage will include the minimum for a single store view, but considering that in the near future it will a control panel for creating/administrating several views.
