Adobe Edge Animate CC 2014 Project help needed to code in button to open pop up

Good day, I have attached a zip file of 1 slide from my project that I am currently working on. please note - you have to have ADOBE EDGE ANIMATE CC 2014 - You can download it with me online and ill describe how if you do this job. But you need to send me the final open files back when you are completed. This is what is needed: Once you open the file inside Adobe Edge Animate or inside a browser - you will see my animations playing. I have also placed 3 images on top of my project on the stage - called: pop1, pop2, pop3. You can hide pop1, pop2, and pop3 so you can see clearly what is going on. You will then see 3 "plus" signs on the image - one to left, one at center and one at far right. I need these 3 plus images to be made into buttons and I need them to open these 3 pop up images and allow you to hide them if touched again. Therefore to confirm what is needed: - Plus button 1 on left opens pop1. - Plus button 2 in middle opens pop2. - Plus button 3 on right opens pop3. - Then if you touch the plus button again it hides the pop up image. All my animations must still work and play from the timeline as is. So once the timeline stops the animations the 3 buttons must work. I need this done now and you must start now. I have budget of $20 to $30 as this is 1 to 2 hours work. Thanks
