Need to convert a website built on PHP/Smarty confirming to an HTML template.

The website is selldude.com. All pages, articles need to confirm with the new HTML Template. No PHP coding is required but a strong knowledge of SMARTY is needed.
Menu Bar and most of the pages have already been converted. This work requires very good understanding of CSS , SMARTY , HTML and PHP. Apply only if you have these skills. You will have to understand the site structure by yourself. Will provide assistance in identifying the correct template that needs to be modified.
This is a simple project for someone good with PHP and SMARTY. Also should have good understanding of the Image manipulation and HTML Image tags.
