Basically I am leaving this site's creation from the outlay to the overall design up to you. All I ask is that you don't use a generic template and instead try to challenge yourself and try to make a great site. But because of the urgency of the creation of the site, I ask that you begin as soon as possible and send me your site designs ASAP so that we can progress through the entire process as quickly as possible.
So now in terms of the site, all I ask is that:
1) you incorporate the name of the site "www.OutsourceIn.com" into the design.
2)you put a watermark of the "world" in the background of the site
3) and for the content of the site, I ask that you just make a better version of [url removed, login to view] with all of the same options and capabilities but with improvements that you deem necessary. Keep in mind that the site you create should be able to be viewed on all web browsers and should load quickly but should also be aesthetically appealing. Also, make sure that you incorporate a way for me to be able to take a percentage of the sale at time of project completion.
