Big Commerce Customer VIP intergration

I require a person well equipped with Big Commerce and Template HTML editing. My business requires a customer account overhaul.
We have 3 types of Customer Groups which we call 'VIP'. They consist of:
- Gold
- Silver
- Bronze
As well as regular customers.
We would like to be able to have our customers login to their account and have their name highlighted in the type of VIP group they're assigned to. We would like to have their total expenditure on our site accumulated so that they can view their status. Our VIP accounts work by how much a customer has spent so I think this little feature would work well for our customers.
The second image is where we would like something to represent a customers VIP Status on our site whether it be their name in GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE or perhaps a MEDAL with a running total of their expenditure on our site.
A good knowledge of Big Commerce is essential. Ability to customize existing html templates is a must.
