Buid adsense website

I need sharp-looking pages for AdSense sites with keywords to match domain name. The pages need to be XHTML 1/ css 2.1 table less with relevant meta tags for each page & each page must be light on Graphics and text content (with keywords) and site must be search-engine friendly. Templates are OK. All codes must pass validation from W3C validator (HTML & CSS) We will need all the code and psd,s Must be editable on Macromedia [login to view URL] copy must be uploaded to our server and working.
