Build an Online Store

I require a BigCommerce / Interspire Shopping Cart expert to make some amendments to my current Interspire (same as BigCommerce) eCommerce website. I require the following amongst other work which will be on going maintenance into the future once we have built a working relationship: - Revise look and feel (Modernise Theme). The current look and feel of the website is outdated. We need a new look and feel for the website. Current big commerce templates coudl probabaly be leveraged to complete this piece of work. - Fix bug for price list uploads and image uploads. There is currently a bug when uploading the CSV file with revised product codes and images. This needs to be amended - Sales to customers with accounts do not reflect in the current reporting views. This bug needs to be amended so all transactions are reported on. - Location based order routing - develop a module which allows customer orders to be routed to certain suppliers depending on order delivery location. Customer needs to enter in delivery address before viewing products. Once the address has been entered the website needs to source the closest store for delivery purposes and email the order to the specific store. A circle needs to be placed 10km around each store, if the address the customer inputs does not fall within one of these circles then the store needs to say that we do not deliver to the current location. The circumference of the delivery circle needs to be able to be amended depending on specific store requirements. Multiple store must be allowed to be loaded into the store.
