Build an Online Store

PLEASE READ EVERY SINGLE SENTENCE STATED BELOW ans I will only read the bids with the rigght words in beginning. Who we are looking for: (all below should be very well defined) 1) Agencies with at least 50+ reviews and rating above 4.8 on average. 2) Can create customized ecommerce websites (we will explain the details) 3) Familiar with custom checkouts and different delivery options. I will explain the project below and I want you to not to give me 50 portfolio items but 2 + s many as you want portfolio items. I will only check first 2 NOTHING ELSE to make my judgement. Project requirements: We want a e-commerce shoppig portal where: there will be around 30 stores. Each store will have its own inventory own shipping rates + own bundle offers. Each shtore can manage its own wall papaer for their store and manage their products, inventory, content, shipping, bundle offers, payment gateway choice. tricky part: We want each store to ahve its own checkout, which means when I buy 10 items from 3 different stores I need to check out 3 times, so each item will be added to different checkout packages. Like there are 30 checkout points: when i buy 2 items from shop A it adds up to shp A checkout then I go shop B buy 1 item goes iinto shop B checkout, finally i go back to chopa A again buy 2 more items, it will add up to shop A checkout. When I want to click thecheckout box what will happen it will show me all my carts: like Shop total 900$s shop B $200 etc. and its OWN deliveryoptions for each I can check out 1 store at a time and choose its delivery option + coupon code etc. and the payment done will go to directly to the payment gateway of Shop A (or their account) WE DO NOT WANT 1 MAIN ACCOUNT WHERE PAYMENTS GO BUT ALL PAYMENTS WILL GO TO THE SHOPS ACCOUNT ITSELF. we are very open to any suggestions on development system. BUT in your portfolio we want to see a similar project where you can split the shopping carts. once you show this very very high chance project is yours. so send us your portoflio consist of: a) 2 very similar items to what I ask above b) rest of your porfolio seperate. c) your working methodology how you approach to projects. d) timeline you require e) resources you will use in the project (2 developers etc.) f) communication and testing mainly that is all any questions feel free to ask me anytime.
