Build an Online Store

I'm running a flexible hop-on, hop-off tour through multiple tourist destinations. Currently the first tour lasts a month and runs through 12 cities. What I'm trying to accomplish is to sell a tour (one time cost), having a user account created when checking out. (I have this working with woocommerce currently but am not tied to using this plugin if another would act as a better base for this work). The next part is where I'm struggling… On the checkout, I want customers to be able to specify their pickup city and then choose from dates I mark as available. Then their itinerary would be created automatically from their chosen pickup point. Most customers stick to this itinerary so having it automated would be handy. The only real change (for now) is the start and end point (the tour is a full loop so can start & end anywhere along the route). I want my users to be able to login in to their account and edit their itinerary themselves to allow complete flexibility. For example, a customer can choose to do half the tour, then leave the tour to do some of their own travel etc, then return (at any point) and continue the loop (based on the pickup dates i have allowed for each location). The initial tour is purchased but there are no further charges and unlimited changes allowed from their account thereafter. As another extra, it would be good to mark a customer as 'traveling' or checked-in etc from their first pickup point and allow their travel/account changes to last 6 months from this date. I'd need the ability to change available dates, cities (& where they get dropped off) as the business expands and extra tours / routes are added. I have looked at various reservation systems but none appear to cover what I need. I am happy to consider purchasing a suitable plugin if it will act as a base for this work however.
