Build Work Tracking Website with IOS & Android Apps

The field is Operations and Maintenance I need to have Work Tracking Website , where all work Orders will be tracked from the moment the work is issued until the end . Going through different stages of checking site ; ordering materials ;receiving the material ; doing the job and closing the job ( Those are quick steps ; it is more depth than that ) it also should have Apps on IOS & Andriod for the field employees to track the work and the progress and update it as well . So whatever happens in the website will be updated in the apps and vers vera . Need someone who has done something like this in the Tracking work area or someone who posses the right skills to do so .
