This is a complex digital ecommerce project which will require the initial build, and then an ongoing relationship with you to continue modifying the site on a paid freelance basis to maturity.

---Please do not apply if you have no comparable projects in your portfolio and client list ---

---We will not give priority to those who respond to this contract quickest, but will place more value in those who have fully read and understood our requirements, please see the attached PDF for our website requirements---

---We will not select ANYONE within the first 7 days of this contract being offered to [url removed, login to view] so please take your time, understand our needs, and then respond accordingly. We're a young and fresh team of digital artists with clear objectives, understand our entry to market position, financially backed with a full 24 month business plan offering an ongoing partnership beyond this initial site build.---

A user-driven ecommerce site specialising in digital downloads for, and sold by creatives.

Users create an account with which to sell their digital assets to site visitors. Digital assets will range from image packs to videos, audio tracks to 3D models. All digital assets will be in .zip or .rar format.

Our site will be an ecommerce site, and digital downloads are the products we sell. All of our products are created by our site members, and we sell their products to website customers on a commission basis.

You can view our current site at [url removed, login to view] and note that we sell predominantly video content to website visitors created by the site owner. This is run on the WIX platform, but now needs to become fully independent and expand to multiple digital content formats.

The next logical upgrade to our site from it's current build is to allow registrations by anyone who has content to sell, and we will take a commission on those sales. Sellers on our site can create an account which will also have a social aspect to allow them to gain privileges and better commission rates as their sales accrue.

Our payment processor to be integrated in to the website is PayPal. Think of us as eBay for digital content. You may find a similar example of a successful ecommerce site at:

www.turbosquid.com.

The Turbosquid platform specialise in 3D model assets created by users and sold on a commission basis. Our site takes much of turbosquid’s business model and expands it into other areas of digital media such as audio, videos, images etc.

-----Aesthetically we have been drawn to the layout, transitions and visual appeal of:

[url removed, login to view] This site is very clean, very dark, and highlights specific information to the website visitor at each stage of their visit. Please pay careful attention to this website, how the UI interacts with site visitors, allows a unified interface across the site well above the level of simple navigation bar and adapts to each page, blog, product or feature.

A simple, clean, flat and cubic design assisted by animated dropdowns, page loads and transitions.

We have attached an outline of our site requirements in PDF format.

We ask that all applicants fully read and understand our requirements before responding as our project will be awarded on the basis of understanding our needs, rather than the first to respond. We will be reviewing responses for at least 7 days so please take your time and respond accordingly.

Once the site build is complete we expect to offer an ongoing partnership, so it is important to us that you take ownership of the site build and expect us to give you an ongoing fee for it's continued maintenance and refinement as the business grows. The company is already a registered LTD in the UK with shareholder possibilities for the right developer. We look forward to hearing your proposition, portfolio examples, and above all else, your enthusiasm!
