I would like to take an existing website ([login to view URL]) and add in a CMS system so that a non-developer could make changes to the site using their browser. Perhaps a WYSIWYG editor, or other CMS system. Would need to be able to create links in the navigation bar as well in case they decide to add new pages. I'd prefer the solution used HTML, but I realize it might have to be in PHP or other scripting. Site is on a Linux server and has SQL if needed. Budget could be negotiated - I'm not sure what range would be fair - help me out! I look forward to your bid!
