CSS Site Build

I am looking for someone very proficient in CSS to complete a CMS site build out. You'll be provided: - A complete website sans stylesheets (10 pages, sharing the same layout with only different types of content) - PSD of website design/layout - FTP credentials to the pages/assets You'll be expected to: - Chop up the PSD and apply design to website/markup provided (this will always be possible, as the design must pass inspection prior to site build, and a reasonable amount of consulting and assistance will be available to you if needed) - Deliver website that works in Firefox, Safari, IE7 and IE6 - Deliver finished and debugged website within a two week turnaround Notes - You will be provided all the markup/pages for the site, however minor changes to the markup can be made to assist in styling or items per page, etc. An example of the markup is here: [login to view URL] where blue=editable and red=uneditable.
