CSS template frontpage for Wordpress with Video Plug in

I need experience designer to do a frontpage CSS in a wordpress template. Basically is to copy a premium 90% template and create it in a normal wordpress template custom and add a video plugin in the frontpage. Please do not bid if you are not experience enough, please do not bid if you send work to others freelancers. Maximum bid for this work is 30-50USD only .Please do not bid if you think you can not do it. I will build long relationship with the designer. If you have experience in converting PSD to Joomla,PSD to Wordpress or PSD to CSS and make it work on different scripts or templates you are the one we are looking for.
